Increasingly, organizations are seeking to integrate diversity, equity, inclusion and anti-racism (DEIA) into all aspects of their organizational operations. While this is a critical step toward cultivating societal change, it is also a daunting and extensive undertaking.  

The Process for Engaging in Action to Create Equity (PEACE) is an approach to organizational transformation that allows agencies to identify pain points and opportunities for growth; supports and equips leaders to launch and lead this work; and sequentially increases DEIA integration in all aspects of the organization.

Organizations may contract to implement a comprehensive PEACE approach, or phases as needed.
